Things banging! Sounds nice.. Have you tried to turn the sub around and seal it off to the cabin. You will have no trunk rattle and as long as it's sealed off it should be louder. Just a suggestion.
I have never understood why people spend so much money on a sound system but don't cover the basics like sound deadening....

"If you're not loud"........Though I own a lot of gear I don't gravitate towards super loud systems. I have some sundown Audio and DC Audio gear and some SQ or SQL gear as well. So as far as it being loud enough that wouldn't be an issue with me per se as I don't build systems built around bass, specifically because it is on a part of the music. A small part at that but definitely an important part. I was specifically pointing to the fact that something was vibrating like crazy. Only you would know what it is since the system has been sound deadened as you say.
