I have a question about the new extension pack.
Basically, I’d like to make the dress with the v-neck bodice, grown on sleeve, and the less-volume skirt. Do I still need to also buy the original dress pattern in order to make this combination? Or does the new extension pack contain all the necessary pattern pieces?

I have a question. I am making the Sydney dress and want to see the most efficient way to lay out my pattern on a striped fabric. Do any of the diagrams in the pattern actually indicate pattern placement on the fabric?
All fabric layouts show pattern pieces following the straight grain. Fabric comes in so many different prints so that is up to the sewist to determine the best placement.
