Throughout the video people who were stable took way more than they needed saying idk it's free money I want it. And don't say well u don't know if they are stable because u could say the same for strawberry park as well. Anyways homeless people would pass buy and only took what they felt they needed which was like $5 and on the other hand there was stable people standing there for 5min taking off as much money as they could. So to claim that would just be false. But it's like u just said that is just MY opinion.
