This is doable but with the caveat that you may need to use the double-sided tape to attach the main unit to the guitar - probably on the tailpiece - since it's not clear if the main unit mounting bracket supports a guitar depth of 3 inches or more. However, the pickup with the archtop mounting bracket should work just fine on a tune-o-matic or ebony bridge and saddle without much issue.
