Done loads of these back in the day - used to get the kits from wolfelec as came with paper templates to get acccurate alignment. Another tip is fit the door first with the pins then small dab of grease on pins and shut door - shows on pillar.

Love the vids mate, a decent step drill ( l&s engineers) and snap on centre punch are amazing, Drill bit wise I think It’s the cobolt ones I’ve got in the workshop, they’re a bit pricey but drill through 10mm steel like butter and never go blunt

Thats actually a really good tip, never done sliding door before and wasnt sure how but seemed to pan out well lol. 🤙 thanks

Have you had any condensation problems with the insulation you have in? Mine use to hold water. Have removed it since
