It's literally impossible to truly predict the world in 100 years. It's just a too long time. The most reliable prediction would be the book physics of the future, as it was maid by interviewing the 300 world leading scientists in their fields and ask them how they believe the world will develop (of course with a focus on their field). And even there the author admitted that it was an educated guess and there are a lot of other possible outcomes.
And every generation thinks they are living in the age just before the apocalypse. Things may get rough in the future, but I hardly think it'll be cataclysmic.
Well the difference is though sadly is that before 1945 humanity never had the ability to destroy itself. Now we have and we are. However I am still optimistic about the future!

Them being incredibly expensive, special trained license, and only people with close to perfect driving records and only obtainable at an age and above, say 30+, then it should be alright in terms of drivers. In terms of the cars themselves, we just gotta hope they know what they're doing.

I'm excited to see what kind of advancements we'll make in terms of scuba diving technology. Maybe a mask that can automatically equalize with depth changes, or an automatic BCD that maintains neutral buoyancy or can control ascent and descent better than a human. And I know this one might not be possible, at least not in my lifetime, but some kind of artificial gills would be an incredible feat and I'd be over the moon to see that kind of breakthrough in human technology.
So in a few years, I can watch Life Noggin in my brain. Cool! And what if that the Neural Lace could let you watch movies/videos as if you were really in them?! :D

They look like some sort of deer. They have big black noses, and as far as I can tell, their furs are beige. They're in a dark place, maybe hiding from a disturbance outside a cave. There's quite a few of them, so they're definitely a herd. They appear to be interested in the thing that just popped into existence next to them. They're probably as harmless as a herd of deer. So not necessarily docile, but nothing hauntingly supernatural or eerie. Although the situation does force that feeling, when you stop and analyze, you'll find out some things that might actually be comforting. Then again maybe not.
