Female Mammals have eggs inside them. But unlike Marin animals and birds, after ovulation mammals eggs are fertilized and developed inside the uterus. Then after the fetus is fully ready, the mother gives birth to it. So, technically mammals *lay* eggs but inside them.

From the beginning of the universe sodium chloride never existed does that mean that the universe would have evolved to live without it and we would be living unaffected just slightly different from what we are now??
Universe started with hydrogen atom, which due to fusion, created other elements........
So if you are saying that their was no Sodium / Chlorine, than you are indirectly saying that "what if there was no hydrogen" .. And in that case life wouldn't exist..

I am saying that what if sodium/chlorine didn't combine to form what we call common salt or if the properties of it were different than what we have today like what if it was inedible to us or maybe it spontaneously reacted with oxygen or maybe was radioactive
In brief words, what if we could consume or even access NaCl like we do now or if NaCl never even existed not just Na or Cl but NaCl together didn't exist
