I have a full titanium sc project exhaust. Compared to your mod, the sc project sounds waaay more scratchy high pitched😅 i didn’t tune it i kept everything else stock and the engine runs fine, but i did notice that the torque down low is a bit less now..
SC is tooo good 🙌 Yea I heard a tune is a MUST when changing these exhausts. Will definitely get that done and see the difference in low to high torque.

Bike feels exactly the same and is louder! Performance is a LITTLE better but not so much. I will be getting an ECU tune soon to see the real difference but this mod does NOT hurt the bike 💪

I love the looks too personally I don’t like the exhaust sticking out on the side it just looks ugly asf but this is perfect hides the exhaust and sounds amazing
Yea i agree! The random exhaust pipe sticking out is what turns me off but the sound makes up for it 😅

Yea if you just google this exact thing "z900 midlink pipe" you'll find so many of them online. It requires you to cut right after the CAT

No item number, you can google “Z900 midpipe” and it’ll pop up on mutliple sites 👍
So, idk if my 2022 z900 is tuned or what, but i got it used with relatively low mileage( had just been broken in) but it hits 165 in 6th at around 11500 rpm and takes off like a bat out of hell even with traction control. Hell, it pops itself up with level 3 tc on in first and 2nd just hauls
whaaat thats insane! your Z900 definitely on steroids because I never hit over 145 in 6th gear lmao thats amazing, possibly a tune but to remove the rev limiter or top RPM range. If anything, ride that bike like no tomorrow! Congrats!
same i got about 165 with stock everything on a 2017 z900, either his is a little weird or idk what

@@rasprides4613I think it’s because he has it on rain mode, it limits the power to 75hp if I am not mistaken
The speedometer can be a bit off after u change tyres, sprockets..

Hey i actually didnt make that part because theres so many vids on youtube about it. I would youtube z900 midpipe install. You will need to cut right after the catalytic converter and then slip on the pipe 👍

LOVE this phone mount! Not overpriced like the other brands. Its called Techmount and its universal 👍
I just did this to my bike. I installed a shorty pipe on the end from ebay and it has a slightly lower note than this. I left the cat too so I wouldn't have to tune it. If you do a cat delete you will have to tune it for sure.
Totally agree! I’ve learned that with any major exhaust mod done to a bike or car, you need to get the ECU and tune right 👍
With that setup, even with the cat still on, there is some much less restricted airflow that you should still get a tune.
You only have to tune it if you take the resonator off

I just took the whole stock exhaust off and left the stock headers but cut right after the cat

If you mean cutting the stock exhaust, you need to cut right after the CAT converter and you should be good. LMK if that helps 💪

You are in rain mode. I jsvesame bike put it user mode with TCR off it's like a new bike
I definitely missed that I had it in Rain mode 😅 Once I moved it to Rider or Sport mode it changed the whole feel 🔥
Take it out of rain mode dude... you're only getting about 75hp in rain mode, not the full 125hp...
I knowwww I messed up lol In the video I mentioned I didn't put it in sport mode, literally felt weird and I knew it wasnt at full power mode

@itsnorrin your bike is not slow. That Is the exact speed my Z runs as well and I've had 2 of them. It's normal
I get 150 out of my z9 and accelerates much faster. It's because he is in rain mode
Stay out of the rev limiter in short ship that puppy. That motor makes gobs of mid-range dark.There's no reason to rev the way you are. It would sound so much better if you rode it the way it's supposed to be ridden
