    The white speckles you're referring to comes from not using a lint brush on your shirts before printing, and not brushing or rolling the pretreat into the shirt once pretreated. You really need to use ring-spun cotton shirts and make sure to remove the lint with a lint brush.

      @customalex  Před 5 lety +3

      No, it comes from the white not being dry yet, i have tried it on multiple shirts already and have confirmed that you need the white to set in, if not the white will burst into the color when heat pressing it. I always use a roller after applying the pretreatment on the shirt

      @@customalex Hey, I am confused about the white specs. you said two different ways of hovering in the video. Can you please clarify the correct way to cure the printed shirts so you don't get the white specks? Thanks

      @@customalex you are correct but also Andre. Is recommended to use a brush to push down the pretreatment and fibers. So basically after you spray, wait like a minute and use the brush to push down and flat fibers. I use sprayer guns too and at least it works for me the way I do it and I have a Build DTG.

    Just one question, in the press you said 10min, then 2 min hovering and 20min in the air. After the 20min you press it regularly for 90 seconds?
    Thanks a lot for sharing your tips.

    Once u do the selection for print on black shirt, the printer makes the white ink base automatic right? Also the image you created has to be in CMYK mode (in photoshop) or doesn’t matter? And the printer converted the file (png) from whatever mode you created it on to CMYK? I’m wondering cuz I created a design and sent to a print shop to have it in DTG and the colors came all the red didn’t come vibrants as I designed but it came washed out so I’m trying to figure it out what happened

    Hard to beat a good pretreat machine and a good heat press. We don’t heat over 330 and use parchment paper with silicone

    thanks for the video i shake the white ink like that too. im at a place right now where im getting errors when i turn on the machine and they tell me to call support but sometimes i turn it on and it works fine. maybe im putting air into the system and messing it up idk. these machines are so sensitive a little bit of dust might shut the whole thing down

    Hey bro, I just got a refurbished DTG but my prints coming out wrong, they have a blurry outline and are not clear, and I’m printing on paper to make sure it’s a print

    • @thomasmcevoy6559
      @thomasmcevoy6559 Před 2 lety

      Blurry outlines are typical when using rip software. I have a f2100 that prints great but I also have a l1800 converted for DTG that uses acrorip software and the prints always have outlines I don't want so I only use that machine for white shirts.
