this in did save a few ££ thank you very much. Just a thought... You don't need to open the bottom cover to wind it up. you need top open it only when you change the actual fabric.
also you dont need to put that clip back on the white gear as long as you are careful putting it back in the machine and taking it out . the gear will be held on by the side of the machine
if the head cleaning set is re winded and it happens to try to clean the bottom of the print head where there is already ink won't that mess up the print head?
Pretty sure this broke my printer. After a few prints i got an error. And now it wont accept head cleaning set. It says I haven't inserted a head cleaning set. Even after buying a new one.
so you can use it once and the rewind it and use it again. only 2 times is fine or how many times is fine? if a part that has ink trys to clean the bottom of the print head won't that mess it up?
The fabric seems to soak up the ink really well. Lost count of how many time our 2 have been wound back. We print 5/6 days a week though. Could cause more of a problem if you don't print often
@@blewettmark does your printer also do a cleaning after 6 hours of print time or did you leave the power on cleaning mode? i personally leave the printer on even if i do not use it so that the white ink recirculates and doesn't get clogged and i turned off the power on cleaning mode maybe that is why it does a cleaning after 6 hours of print time.

Thank you Mate! You really saved my day
You do not need to remove the top just the white gear on the side and then roll it back

Isn't it easier to just pop the clutch outside and rewind it? No need to bother with taking the top off.
Is there anyone who was able to clear error code 1A39?
Have you replaced the heads yet?
nope! over 21,000 prints and still going strong
Hi, now how many prints u do? And still not change it?
Thank you you save me $94..00 plus shipping
for a hundred bucks, not worth fussing with it.
Times that over a year? 2 year? Etc
Just dont do it! You will loose your warranty and will damage your printhead!
Complete nonsense. Nothing happens at the printhead and you do not lose the guarantee. It is a water-soluble paint.
