He asks for her license and registration, but what Patricia Wilson says happens next is anything but routine. The Tennessee State Trooper tells Patricia to put her hands on the hood of his police cruiser while he frisks her, but Patricia claims the trooper actually groped her. A field sobriety test follows and after 15 minutes, the mother of two is issued a ticket for not wearing a seat belt. #InsideEdition
