A Utah woman is suing the city of Layton after she says she was wrongfully arrested for DUI and groped by a responding officer. In July, Amanda Houghton was rear-ended by another driver while stopped at a traffic light. She called police claims she went from accident victim to groped perp. When her husband arrived at the scene he was warned to "stay back." That's when the male officer started searching her. Houghton says she was inappropriately touched. #InsideEdition

Test came back negative, But they still charged her driving with under the influence and resisting? WTF
They didn’t even do a breathalyzer test. That’s down right dumb.

Ok I understand that the officer needed to search her, but why did he repeatedly 'search' her in the same place and not anywhere else.
This is what they did to me bc they said "they didn't have a female officer available"

She did not resist arrest, she got in her handcuffs without saying no to it. She just pulled away because she did not want a cop touching her like that.
You’re right he acted appropriately like a bully that’s their standard Protocol
When blood tests confirm there was nothing in her system and she still gets charged with DUI. How does that even pass? Also, resisting? He jumped away because get went right for her breast without telling her what he needed to do, as well as doing right after someone rear ended her.
