Nice reaction. Nice seeing someone who isn't over the top screaming at the monitor to get views. To clear up your confusion about the poison he drank, it was a vial of the Kasaka's venom from the first instance dungeon he beat. The venom had 1 negative effect and 1 positive effect. Negative was that it would be a -35% to strength (though in the Manhwa it was just 35 points flat) and the positive would be a -20% physical damage reduction (so he takes 20% less physical dmg). Because he has the "Health and Longevity" buff from the double dungeon, it detoxed out the negative -35% to strength and just left him with the positive -20% physical dmg so overall a net positive. The only actual healing he got was from the first initial Full Recovery and then the 3 potions he drank. Just wait for the next episodes here leading up to the finale. Suffice it to say, you ain't seen NOTHING yet...
Oh and yeah you're right about him needing the ingredients. He got the recipe for the elixir but if you pause the show and read the text on the box when he gets it, it says that the 3 ingredients he needs are specifically found IN the demon castle so he definitely will need to go back there if he wants to craft the potion.
Dang yeah! There are so many details on the screens that pop up for him its hard to keep up reading them and the subtitles and watching what is going on! haha! thanks for the explanation! That makes sense. It is SO wild I keep wondering how they're going to top each episode?!
@@TheRubyDanger Yeah its ALOT of information really quickly. That's my ONLY complaint about this show is that I wish the notification boxes would stay on screen longer so I didn't have to constantly pause to read em. This show really does the power fantasy aspect well with a slow build up of his powers over time. Even by the end of this season he's only at the beginning of his REAL journey. It's gonna be a great series and I'm pretty sure that the animators have said that as Jinwoo gets stronger, the animation quality of the fights is going to increase as well slowly which is why the first few eps weren't anything crazy but then it starts getting nuttier and nuttier. Just wait for eps 11 and 12. Hope ya react to the rest of them soon! =]
