I find recommendations hard to give especially on newer channels since I neither have a good grasp of the reactors tastes nor what they might have already seen solo. Attack on Titan, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Jujutsu Kaisen, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and One Punch Man are all excellent choices that have good channel growth potential. Sword Art Online is really popular but also has its own hate club so that could be a choice. If you want something shorter while retaining quality you could go for Arcane which I consider one of the best animated shows period, or Chainsaw Man.
A few on the more niche side that I think are phenomenal. Noragami is a slept on very excellent series. Made in Abyss is also amazing but will rip your soul out and can be a bit disturbing/dark so be ready for that, if you go with that one make sure you catch the movie Dawn of Deep Soul between Seasons 1 and Seasons 2. Code Geass is a really excellent but lower popularity show. RahXephon is one of my personal favorites and is a sorta spiritual recreation of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
And I of course have to recommend Overlord. Its hit or miss people either love it or hate it but its got a very passionate community and is quite excellent.

I will always highly recommend Jujutsu Kaisen. So much fun to watch people react to. I would also recommend Demon Slayer because it's a gorgeous anime and has so many fun moments in it.
i am a huge JJK fan!! I also loved the demon slayer manga, and the animation for the anime is out of this world

If you're looking for anime recommendations Spy Family is a fantastic show. It's one of my favorites.
