- Georgia has great scholarships for kids getting ready for college, low property taxes and beautiful weather, but the lack of public transportation and underdevelopment in some areas and overdevelopment in others might keep you from falling in love with north Georgia.

I just got back from Cummings. Georgia, seeing my aunt & uncle and they took me around the area to all around The North metro Atlanta area! So far I like Duluth& Dawsonville, Grayson or Cummings, I will be back in May for a very long trip to see where I wanna live! I didn't think the traffic was bad but they think it's horrible, And they've lived there for 30 years. But I live in Omaha Nebraska area and I'm a vendor so I drive a lot for my job, they don't!

nature and nice people, yes! seriously, I am a nice person and most around me
are, well..........into their own thing and no one ever says hello or waves.........I used to
live in Oregon and if your car had it's hood up, I mean, lots and lots of people would stop to see if you needed help. I had to move to Ca and I am a fish out of water......I want friendly people! I want more nature! I love animals! I am thinking of North Georgia and my church has a location near or in Duluth so if I can drive at least once a week to and from to church, I'm good. wouldn't mind a costco or a smart n' final or a nice big grocery store or two but other than that, I am looking forward to Georgia livin'. Also maybe living on a lake or creek or a body of clean water........with a nice big porch and trees.......so still surrounded by nature for me and my animals! My business is or will be online......so I definitely plan to give you a call when I get closer to being able to do this! God bless you and yours, Sarah, and Merry Christmas to ya' all

I watched your Georgia to Alabama video. I drove to Alabama this summer but from NY with my family and Alabama has the cleanest highways ever but the heat is brutal.
