We analyse the close ratio 3rd gear and 4th gear in-relation to the engine powerband using our own dynosheet that lets you decide what works for you
a few pointers on engine planning with regards to power the graph shape on the dyno and many more ultimately to help newcomers avoid unnecessary expenses on their projects. As I have seen quite a few that spend on close ratio gets then need more and more and more until they decide to stop spending extra because they are not getting any faster
Mfactory and other gear manufacturers have given us the great benefit of choice but lets be wise our example is of a D16 sohc and because Adobe Flashplayer no longer exists we try to help our way

    • @SRDmotorsports

Actually the problem on incline or steep uphill is a myth because power and torque is generated by the engine

And went to 12s by turning it into a “racecar” on special fuel 😂 so where there did the gearing help? Hmmm lol
