Such an intelligent interview and so different from the normal pap interviewers ask. Two incredibly intelligent men exchanging philosophys and ideas. Brilliant!
I’d like to see what Morrissey thought about the show “Man About the House”…and then the latter “Three’s Company”….This will never be answered….I appreciate and love both these guys…❤️❤️❤️
Im sure Morrissey would like Todays "Sober" Russel in 2024 vs. 2009 😂😂 And its funny that russel sounds like he is narrating an english childs book from the 15 century
Russell had been clean 5 to 6 years at the taping of this interview. What makes you think he was high or drunk? He really wasn't famous when he was using, he was a BBC radio DJ and had done a show on MTV. Then he got clean, then became more widely known, not just in England.
there's many reasons why people never kose the accent of their region; some people choose not to, they have no desire to speak queens english. also some people travel about alot.
Everyone is different. You shouldn't judge people on their accents or anything unless the people in question are known to be bad and evil people who have done terrible things.
morrissey doesn't seem to have an accent at all (obviously it's distinctly british) but he has no regional inflections or colloquialisms. we can compare how they were raised. there's a lot of overlap between them (irish immigrant parents, working class) however both were raised in different decades, in different regions. noel and liam were deeply involved in the "lad" culture of manchester with the pubs scenes and the football. it makes sense why they developed a distinct dialect, heavy with slang. morrissey was lonesome and raised on a diet of oscar wilde and british soap dramas. it also seems he developed his accent as an extension of his persona but of course you could say the same about liam whose accent remains as thick as it was when he entered the scene. also, i understand all 3 perfectly as a mancunian, and i was raised on the outskirts.
This is the funniest thing I've ever seen 😭
Morrissey says 'yes' instead of 'thank you'.
lolololol
He's joking 😂😂 ❤❤
Morrissey AKA Yah...
I could listen to these two bantering all day!
Which is harder, interviewing Morrissey or being interviewed by Russell Brand? Here presented is both combined.
This is the Russell I liked. Idk wtf happened to him or if he's just showing who he always was
I’ve just been thinking the same thing..
This is magnificent.
Love these guys
I will always be loyal to Mozza!

Morrissey and Russell are so funny ❤ ❤

This is the definition of “ Culture”.
looks like Morrissey really likes Brand (but he might despise him :-) ). Very funny and interesting interview
They're friends, both then and now. I've seen Morrissey at the premiere of some of Russell's comedy tours
Morrissey is more sincere regardless...how he's portrayed. But wise and entertaining.
Morrissey played him like a violin, instantly tapping into that narcissism to evade him.
'...'
"Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing" I said, "That's nothing, you should hear me play piano"
❤
did Morrisey meet Katy Perry
@17:50 The sentiment here now seems ominous and prophetic for the dandy questioner
Well here you go! Morrissey set his arrogant challenge and Russell is all “Hold my tea” 😂 Challenge accepted.
Has Morrissey had a partner?
ENFP interviewing an INFP. Good stuff indeed. 😎
Maybe. It is difficult to tell what personality types they are.
YASSSS
Morrissey is INFP?
@@denmakenlo890 yes!
That would explain why I like him so much. One reason anyway. I’m the same but much more loving lol

They're actually friends, then and now
Dagenham Dave ?
The man has TWO watches on either wrist! Hmmm
He does this quite often.
so you can be born and raised in manchester and speak understandable english, right noel and liam?
there's many reasons why people never kose the accent of their region; some people choose not to, they have no desire to speak queens english. also some people travel about alot.
I can understand Noel and Liam just fine. Maybe your listening skills are poor?

Honestly, I like Russell, having watched numerous interviews of Morrissey I conclude he’s a pretentious plumb. I don’t like the guy.
