Ive done the Air Intake for my 308turbo as well but the blowoff is different. Maybe because of the forge thing makes it flutters. Wondering how can i get that Forge

Nice man. I had told u that you will be pleased by the sound. Two things i have to mention.
1. Put a clamp on the cone filter, where it is attached to the silicon part. Mine with a clamp pretty tight sometimes it makes a small gap between the silicone and the filter.
2. There souldn't be a flutter noise with a stock DV. Check it up because turbo flutter can ruin faster the turbine an its axle
1. Yeah I put the clamp on the cone filter asweel because it was moving a bit and making a small gap.

@@VuckoHD yeap, the flutter is occuring possibly because of the diverter valve. I ;ve installed a DV from Mini JCW which is an updated version of ours . It uses a piston instead of a membrane (the stock membrane one tears apart very easy, especially when u raise the boost, and cant withstand a lot of boost without a leak if u remap the car). I was also pleased to find out after i installed it that the blow off sound changes. Instead of the whistling like stock one, it sounds more agressive like a mechanical BOV. It also can hold a lot of boost and an important one, it is plug n play, u just unscrew the 3 screws and put it on an plug it. The common DV upgrade is from the S3 2.0 tfsi which has almost the same internals and modifications are needed for it to be srewed on the turbine and for the plug to plug in. I can provide u the part number if u want

@@Ventorii part number is 11658636606 for the OEM Mini which is plug n play for all the THP engine turbos. I bought it from Autodoc but you can find it in a lot of shops

I didnt measure it on dyno but other people said around 3-4hp
Hi could anyone help me my cars spluttering and back firming at 3000 rpms and some times it clears up things I have changed on the gti is hpfp and fule pump In side the tank fule sencer spark plugs cam shaft sencer but when I un plug it it runs better don't no what's wrong with it its doing my head in comes up on diagnostic low few pressure and I got anti pollution failure please can anyone help put loads of money in to this

Oseti se da malo bolje vuče auto, i cuo sam od drugih koji su stavili taj isti da su testirali i izmerili tako 4-5hp vise sa tim Ramair

Wrong, people tested and there is a 3-5hp gain. Also my car is 207 GTI

Going to induction I'll make it more simple. For you to gain little BHP you have to have custom one with in caged off from the engine to stop heat going to it (proper ones a lot of money) just sticking a pod filter won't increase performance and might reduce performance. Also you need to be mapped to a pod filter or again nothing from it.
Don't say am wrong when am a mechanic LOL and for the car part i know it's not a GTi because I own a actual GTi with 278bhp
@@davidwithey6036 His car is possibly a gti, if you look at the speedometer, you can see that it's not the gt's.
In the 207 there are different names for the same car depending on the country, for example I am from Spain and I own a 207 RC (with 175hp and buckets), which is equivalent to your GTI. In other European and south american countries, the GTI had bucket seats as an option (which I think is the one of the guy in the video), it's a bit confusing.
