Airtec intercooler..... wmtgey have had 3 attempts at making one for the 207 that didnt have any issues, that one you have is one of them that had major issues and caused issues to the engines.
they market them as stage 1 or stage 2 intercoolers now, but that's just marketing crap, it was the 1st and 2nd attempt at them making one for the car, and the "stage 3" one is just a copy of the seat sport one as friend of mine used his car to test it on after we had spoken to them about the issues the previous attempts had.
Nice work brother, just put the seat sport fabia intercooler in mine, over double size of OEM intercooler and is around £90 new from eBay.

ill give you some advice, go with a dyno tune instead of a regular chip tune, chip tunes are not specific for your car while dyno tunes are, maximising the capabilities of the car

When I do a Stage 1 chip tune, it will be tested on the dyno so stay tuned foe that!

I to have a Peugeot 207 GTi and I haven't changed my intercooler but I was wondering if anyone can tell, why do the factory one's on these Peugeots have fans on them?
It’s just Peugeot being quirky I say, I own a 207 Gti and because the intercooler is small cheap plastic junk I say they decided to add it as a way to compensate but I can’t be 100% sure if that’s the case as I haven’t found anything on about

Is it safe to run octane 90 in this 1.6 thp?
It's not recommended, 95 octane is lowest. But if you are putting 90 then don't drive it slowly in low rpm. Give full throttle to clean the carbon buildup as much as you can

If you are wanting to do track days and push the car to the limit then GTI is better, GT is also fast but not as good at handling and braking, still both cars are fun to drive

Is GTi same as RC? GT=150hp and RC=175hp?
150hp is GT version, GTI or RC is 175hp. 150hp GT 207 has different turbo, smaller brake disks and probably different suspension
