Now that I can buy the commanders with commander XP. I have left the idea of testing different setups. Especially when it takes time to get original inspiration back. These builds work especially good with ships that have a lot of consumables or cruisers with torpedoes using dd commanders. Nice video and merry Christmas 👍
Gunther Lutjens is what I use on Bismark to be aggressive.

If you want to talk interesting builds, I’d suggest the brawler commander for French BBs. It’s not meta, but man is having a 20 second reload on 15inch guns fun! (You do need main battery reload mod for it though). Also, you can do 37 knots with the speed boost! In a battleship! What’s not to love?

I'm working on ranking up my Don Emilio for both my Dunky and Richie and soon the Bart but for the moment my rank 15 Legendary 1 Bobby J will provide plus the Megalomania perk is a godsend and have Sims as inspiration to back up the small lack of health.
Got Gueperatte lvl 16 legendary 3, with 37 knots, 20 sec reload and 5 heals the only weakness of the richelieu is the turrets survivability

i have a teir 3 cruiser, the british dane, that has an anchor icon on the upper right corner on the ship selection screen. it isn't gold (not a premium ship) but silver. looks just like the icon to the game itself. and furthermore it (the ship) isn't in it's usual spot. it's on the farthest left, far from the other british ships. do you know what any of this means?

Do you think the option of building a commander to fit any class that you want? Without having to swap attributes out before every battle will be coming to the game anytime soon? I've got Sims at lvl16 L3. , and the idea of using him across all 3 classes is enticing. Thanks TBULL

Lately I'm having more fun and success with brawler captains for Battleships in which my rank 12 legendary 2 Kondo can't wait to get his hands on Yamato.
Yeah I've been giving them another look as well. Depends on the ship but they can be quite strong

Ive always wondered if some battleship skills would work for Graf Spee do you think that would work since her guns are battleship guns
If the perk says battleship then it won't work.

I think there are a bug on the heal of all the cruiser. I try the non cruiser captain that increases the heal amount, but it doesn't work. As for other like fire chance it seem like it increase able. As for accuracy and armor there are no way you can see those stat, so i don't know.

I only choose commanders that come with the extra consumables. It's a huge factor for DDs.

Are you just figuring this out now....that you don’t label a commander based on his “base trait “ .... and that each perk can be used on any ship unless it’s labeled “cruiser “ “ battleship “ or “destroyer “ wake up folks
