This guy is a breath of fresh air for the club. I think he'd be the first to admit sometimes he's got it wrong but with him and the board offloading Dozzell to free up funds should be applauded as the squad looks far stronger he can rotate the squad
hopping he is here for the long haul
Marti wants to win and the team is growing in confidence. That Sinclair goal really brightened my weekend.....
I think a hidden aspect of Marti's thinking and planning is that he knows his opponents so well, and doesn't underestimate anyone. It's easy to become arrogant after 3 wins (not to mention raising a club up like he has). Something the last 3 managers didn't do. Beale was arrogant in early success and then fell off. Critchley and Ainsworth didn't prepare for their opponents and played the same, unimpactful football every game.
Marti and Xavi have the magic; Nourrey has the business insight to give them the tools and resources they need.
Long may it continue!
Everything that comes out this guy's mouth makes sense. The difference between the vibe of the club and the football we're playing is chalk and cheese from the beginning of the season. I hope we have him on a long contract with a clause that doesn't let him leave if another club wants him for at least 2 years.
We're lucky to have him.
Ii'm sure this man has a vast knowledge of the euorpean transfer market, all his signings have clicked instantly. his knowledge of the scandinavian leaugues will be vital moving forward
An eloquent, articulate and intelligent guy. We are a lucky club to have finally have a man worthy of the title Manager: QPR. Hope his stay is long and successful. Once we have beaten the drop this season who knows where we might head!
No bull with Marti, Praise when deserved and coated off when deserved. Great manager.
Marti is really hitting the players mentally to not get carried away with these 3 wins.the tactical approach is spot on from the man it's just opponents will try and win set pieces and fool the ref if he buys it the lads will have to remember the training and self diipline needed for these situations. I really hope that at home on what will be an emotional night for stan god rest his soul rangers legend and character..this has to be focused and get the 3 points for the great man .I'm looking forward to seeing the team play with heart and guile coyrs.your supporters are 110 % behind you.
COME ON LADS! 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵

COYRs x
They’ve got to keep the momentum going, they’ve got to get a result tonight on a special night…. Dear Brom please don’t spoilt it for us …🙏🏻
In Marti we trust 🙏🏻 COYR’s 👊🏻🔵⚪️
QPR need Marti for next season. He is a great example of a man who desires to win but doesn't lose his rag. Long may Marti be at the club.
Hopefully this is a new beginning for Rangers. It will be great to see how they fare next season with Marti at the helm. I continue to believe that he will keep them in the Championship. COYSHPS 😊
Personally speaking.
I would not appoint a coach from the UK for the foreseeable future at QPR.
With the new CEO, I think it will be the case. We were linked with a coach in Holland and Italy before Marti came in.
The coaches abroad are on another level. No more coaches from the UK for me.
We need to keep our eyes on the emerging coaching talent overseas not just in the UK.
Every good owner does this even if Pep Guardiola is the coach. One day he's going to leave..
I hope Marti is here long term.
He must not be the only good foreign coach we appoint.
I've been calling for QPR to appoint a good foreign coach for years. Thank god the owners brought Marti in.
It will be,should we earn at least one point.
Complete Don! No bull, straight talk, getting the best out of the players he's got and doing the biz. Such a good fit, just like Tel. UUURRRSSS
i love Marti
Serious manager - please back him.
pls lose
Come on Rangers! ⚪️🔵
