Plain Pancake:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk
Banana Pancake:
2 cups flour
1 large egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
Pineapple & Banana Pancake:
2 cup flour
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
( Oil to fry the pancakes )

I tried these at my bingo place the lady caller made them and I was hooked. I used to buy 4 bags of 3 and eat them at bingo and bring a bag home with coffee in the morning. Due to COVID they can’t sell any food at bingo so I had to learn how to make them and they came out delicious. Not completely round but if I practice I’m sure it will do it better. Thank you again🤗

Thank you so much really from the bottom of my heart that you gave the exact measurements to this recipe growing up in Samoa but 6 years of my life watching my mom and my grandmother make it and then my sisters I could not get the mixture consistency right it was frustrating cuz for me I need exact measurements but for the women before me they can visually measure the flower the sugar the water to get that perfect pancake thank you so much God bless

Anyway, I’m your new subscriber starting today & lm telling you Rona the upbringing of your children (I give you all the respect). They are fluent in language & very humble kids. It’s as if they grew up in the islands well, except for the little two handsome boys, but I’m sure they understand the Samoan language too.

FOR THE PINEAPPLE PANCAKES.
You will need-
6 cups of all purpose flour
3 large eggs
3/4 cup of sugar

5 tablespoon of whole milk
3 ripe banana
3/4 cup of pineapple crush (you can use any kind of pineapple you want)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PLAIN PANCAKES
