Nice video especially for me as I’m contemplating buying either the 210 or the 232. There isn’t many good condition examples of either here in the UK especially with b+p . I like the pure simplicity of a two hander and although the see thru caseback is pretty it’s not the pure Panerai tradition . The 232 costs about an extra £1,500 for a complete example over a similar complete 210 Thank you for your kind thoughts and I hope you have a great weekend
Thanks and good luck on your decision! FWIW if you can find a good shape 232 there is not a prettier watch money can buy. It’s just about all the Panerai anybody needs to be sure. 🫱🏼🫲🏽
I think the PR complication could be a little better integrated on that one. The linear display is the best like on 233 which is a classic. Chrono24 has basically become the dominant source for pricing and buying watches on the secondary market. Lots of very good deals on Panerai there.
I tried on the pam422 the other day. in the mirror or viewed by anorher person it looks ok but when I look at it directly there is clear lug overhang. not sure if this means it's a no go ?
Slightly complicated question: compared to the 1950 Luminor case absolutely yes. Compared to the Bettarini Luminor case no. Even a 47mm Rad wears better than a 44mm 1950 Lum.

Nice video, useful information. I also love panerai and love the date with the hand winding watch.
Thank you for the kind words! I really like this 3-day movement with the date function. Very much a hidden gem in the crazy world of Panerai.
@@soundsoserious it certainly is. The Pam 795 is not too bad either. Where would you advise to buy used Panerai watches?

Good looking! What’s your wrist size?
Thanks! 16cm, 6.25in
Seriously considering a 232 w/ a 6.75” wrist. Am I crazy???
Do it! And yes! You are crazy!!! 🤪

It depends on you. I think it probably looks fine but as you can tell I don’t care at all what others think. 😘
i like how you rock your pieces - nonchalantly, like how they should be. if I go 422 it would mainly be with short sleeves I think.
@rajmehta6210 thank u! 😘
quick q: if you had to pick one between the 422 and 1229 which one !
Between those two I’d say the Sub.
Does the 45mm Radiomir case wear better than the 44mm Luminor case, in your opinion?

Talking about current panerai line the luminor 44 wears a bit larger than the 45 radiomir, the crown guards and the lugs make all the difference.
