As I garage my vehicle, I just spritz a little Windex on it and wipe it off with a micro fiber cloth. It's never on my car for more than a few hours, as I'm very OCD with my SUV.

Don't use Windex as it has ammonia. Ammonia can damage paint, chrome trim, rubber seals, vinyl, and plastic. The best window cleaner for cars is Sprayaway which is ammonia free. That being said, window cleaner is not a good idea to use on paint at all.

What dilution do you use for onr, I want to use it for door jams and spot cleaning like this video, thanks

I use it at the standard 256:1 but for situations like this or even door jambs like you mentioned, you can go up to 64:1 which translates to one capful to a 32oz spray bottle or the ik multi sprayer.
