For the punters out there: the buffing *might* remove some of the new paint out of the scratches, hence the need to go back again as in the video. ❤ Great method thank you very much.
I tried it with meguiar's ultimate compound and a drill. The deep scratches don't go away with this compound. But combined with the touchup pain, it does fill them up nicely so you can't see them from a distance. Much better than the white scratches on my dark metallic paint I had before.

Thanks for a great video. In some of your other videos you are also wet sanding to remove a scratch (along with paintgear paint), whilst in others, you are applying the paint without sanding first. Could you please clarify when sanding is or isn't needed? Thanks!

Great Job, Can you tell us aprox. cutting power of the compound you used ? Is it around 5/10 ? (Like Menzerna 2500) I guess if you use an agressive compound , it could remove the paint that you applied. Thanks

Great method.Just wondering, How long did you leave paint on before buffing. Is the paint from a can or out of a touch up pen. Would using a touch up pen (brush end) work the same i.e. smearing on scratches then buffing. Cant wait to try this. Fantastic video
