How to make PINA COLADA by Mr.Tolmach

- Recipe:
Pineapple chunk - 100 gr
Sugar syrup - 10 ml
White rum - 40 ml
Gold or Black rum - 20 ml
Malibu liquer - 20-25 ml
Lemon juice - 5 ml
Coconut cream - 20-25 ml
First, mix all ingredients in blender without ice, then repeat with one scoop of crushed ice. Decorate Pina colada with pineapple chips and mint spring (or flowers). Cheeeeeers;)

The original recipe was:
60ml light/white rum
180ml pineapple juice
30ml coco lopez/coco real
30ml heavy cream

I usually use a can of Pineapple in its own 100% pineapple juice i leave one slice in the can cream of coconut and light or white rum with ice and blend then I top it off with whiped cream, sometimes mix it up and put a splash of blue coração and of course cut the slice of pineapple to look like a square and garnish as many cups as I can with that people drink it up fast, last time i ran out really fast and no store nearby to buy more to make more and im not even a bartender more of an amature LOL its for family and friends when i make it most of the time.
