Along the way we enjoy lovely countryside, a couple of locks, some cool boats and some gorgeous lighting conditions towards the end of the cruise. Come join us!

Not seen the trusted steed out for a while down the tow path, I put a video on my channel on my bike with camera fixed to the top of the headset worked well really nice footage.

We have some on the road bridge over the canal at Brinklow with added bat boxes 📦 I was told the boxes are like £400 each... Will.

The music sounded great we thought so really pleased it worked in the video and the edit.
Regards the tunnel bands if we do one then we will certainly do the other. Cosmetic things like that take time, money and focus so we really shouldn't focus on them above some more important things we need to get done but that little flash of red is like a red rag to a bull ha ha.
As for Captain's request...no chance. I am about 4th in line behind 1) My Angel 2) a certain stuffed Giraffe you might have seen in a few videos 3) whatever nb JOSH decides to do and frankly possibly the weather, so make that 5th...
Great video, how come you didn't get up the Llangollen canal as you were that close
It's a rather long story but the short version is that we needed to commit to our winter location a while ago and with the earlier stoppage at Wigan (we lost about 5 weeks of cruising time) we couldn't do the Llangollen.
Whilst we were close to it in reality we couldn't go on it and do it justice before a certain stoppage (future vlogs) opened and released us towards our winter spot.
We both LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Wales though so it is well and truly on the list!!

I really enjoyed this vlog. It had everything, yet it was so relaxing. In fact, I watched it through twice.
First, I needed a second consultation with Sue, as I am sure I heard her mention some part of the human anatomy when referring to those bridge stabilisers.😮
Secondly, I think I prefer the orange colour for my WW 😂
Thirdly, I needed to listen again to the reference to a 'cup of tea'. Either this was a euphemism for something else, or it went completely over my head.

I agree with Sue... Sue's woolly wonders is a bit naff. Yes, they are wonderfully made by Sue. But apparently, they are not made of wool.
To me, they look like book page markers, so call them Page Angels.

You can't change the colour of your WW now Harry...you know just how much wool (sorry cotton acrylic yarn stuff) goes into something the size you have needed to order so we simply cant waste that amount of material...
Page Angels sounds pretty good actually but My Angel's catalogue will include scarves, candle cosies, mug rugs, stuffed toys and so much more so the title needs to be all encompassing. Open to ideas and suggestions though...!

Has anyone tried using springs attached to the pins to prevent them from being pulled out? Wouldn't take much I don't think to make a difference.
It's an interesting point actually. We aren't sure.
Some boaters who are more used to rivers, and therefore the dangers of currents, use a ground anchor. It looks a bit like a ploughing device and sort of 'digs' into the ground the more an outside force tries to remove it. We are going to look into those for sure.
