My daughter lived in building #20 for 5 years and although her 3 bedroom/2bath apartment was gorgeous with a view of the hudson river, the building and tenants were horrible. She was forced out of her home after having words with 2 neighbors and police refusing to take action. After multiple 911 complaints, one officer told my daughter that if she did not like the high-volume music at 3AM, the screaming and fighting in the hallways, the noise all around her apartment, she should move. The police department patrolling the area is a joke! I hope the entire complex gets an overhaul because the land and property location in of itself is a goldmine. Gentrify it!!

It's a real nice area. If you don't mind the pissy elevators, broken elevators, robberies, old food being thrown out the windows, fights, loud music, the aroma of devil's lettuce, stabbings, shootings and screaming over metrocards. Me, personally, I love it there.
This building was build by the same developers who built my building. I grew up on 92nd n 3rd . It was a rent controlled Mitchell Llama building. Now the building I grew up in turned condo because my neighborhood was Yorkville in desirable upper Eastside. The same thing happened to the other sister complex rivergate on the East River in the 20s... this Tremont section of the Bronx was always a tough neighborhood, so this building complex didn't get the overhaul like their sister towers did in Manhattan.... any questions?
