Terry had to dispell the myth that Stafi was trying to put out with the real stats, the metrics show you that they're neck and neck. Although I think the way Arsenal are playing will help him sustain that output, I do think the way Spurs are playing isn't sustainable for full season, so a dropoff is imminent. But needless to say, I hate football fans and the overvaluing of the "eye test". Efficiency should the main metric we use for footballers, midfielders especially.

Different style. If you want a player who brings stability and maintains structure of the team and can ping passes/distribute, it's a no brainer to take Rice. If you want a player who plays on the edge (risky but high reward) and can get out of press easily, it's Bissouma all day long with the way he's been playing this season. Personally, Bissouma is a better watch, but I think it's more of what player suits which playing style. They're both one of the best at the moment in what they do for their respective systems.

Declan rice has missed 13 games in the previous 5 seasons combined for west ham in the league. Bissouma missed 13 games last season. If they want to make availability such a big deal, fair enough, but Partey missed 5 games last year.
In the 5 previous seasons to this one that bissouma played in the prem, he averages 27 gp per season and 1853 minutes in the prem. Partey averages 26.67 games played and 2015 total minutes in the 3 years since he signed for Arsenal.
Spurs have got a big issue coming up in Jan-Feb. The AFCON and Asia cup are being played, so will miss Son, Sarr and bissouma. Potential for up to 4 weeks, you guys will need to spend to bolster, otherwise you could drop off.
