I have worked out 5-6x week for years. Cardio 2-3x (kickboxing, dance, step) and strength training 2-3x. On 7/2/23 I tripped doing a class and fractured my pelvis. I haven't worked out in 7 weeks and it's nearly "killed" me to be so sedentary and haven't gone this long without working out in 35+ years. I knew I needed to though so I didn't further injure myself. While I have been increasing my walking as I have healed today was my first class. Loved what this class did for my body and my mind. Thank you Chris!

I used to do classes 4 times a week back in the good old 80s. The first class I took was a beginner, and I thoroughly loved them. I weighed approx 140 and was 20 years old. Within 6 months, I lost 30 lbs and was doing intermediate classes. By the end of the year, I was doing advanced classes, and I weighed 118, and I actually had a definition. I did other stuff and changed my diet, but had it not been for the aerobics, I would never have even tried. I'm so glad i found your channel.

This is my first time trying an aerobics video. I didn't even really know what aerobics was, but I searched it up and found this. 7 minutes in and I'm having so much fun! I've really got my heart pumping, but this doesn't feel like a chore. It's just like a dance party.

Old school steady state aerobics is my JAM! Always pure fun with good tunes and positive words. Also, I really appreciate how Chris keeps it real even with the occasional mistake and forgetting what comes next. Being an instructor is HARD in terms of memory (I should know, I used to teach jazzercise!), and I am always grateful when I don't have to remember what comes next because Chris is cueing it for me. Yay!
