"This is terrible" Rips out the chainsaw! 😳 Whatever works, man...😏🤭😆 It'll definitely do the job, looks a little chilly, but not bad enough to stop you from doing what you need to get done. A small terracotta pot plant pot, and a tea light candle will heat that space up in no time. Seen them on CZcams, small but generate an amazing amount of heat. Should not leave them unattended though, for obvious reasons. Awesome tiny workshop, mate 👍🏽
Nice. Good for fast shelter. Tarp tipi would work too. Am going to play with diy paintcrete over a fast starplate dome or pallet yurt this summer for a long-term and more secure option. When it warms up. Check out soilcrete for cheap very durable floors. I lived in a strawbale hut with soilcrete as floor for 8 years with never a crack or problem...even painted it! If I were doing it again I would go 1 step further and add the paint straight to the wet mix for bonus durabilty. Used motor oil or boiled linseed oil added to adobe with a touch of portland mixes creates an amazingly workable, non-cracking, durable and waterproof diy stucco mix too. I will be trying it with paincrete soon.
Zack, I had to laugh. When I saw you break out the hand saw I thought. Great, he still uses the hand saw, then you went to the chain saw. I found your channel many years ago because you were restoring an old hand saw.
when you started cutting osb with a hand saw, I was like, "please tell me you have a circular saw" because cutting that stuff with a hand saw is awful! Then you broke out the chain saw :D
‘Murica! Shot through my brain when you dropped that hand saw and went to the chain...

I actually had thought of doing that only using bacon grease for the candle in Zack fashion
@@ZackOfAllTrades
Haha true Zack fashion indeed! 😉😆
The smell of bacon and sawdust, the dream of most lumberjacks. 😏👍🏽
I had a gravel floor garage that would get wet. Did the same pallet and plywood floor. Worked great. And cheap too!

It seems so nice! I can just imagine being in my own lil world, makin spoons and junk in there
So far it’s pretty good!
i guess Im quite randomly asking but do anybody know of a good site to stream new series online?
@Nickolas Hank I would suggest flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
@Benjamin Ahmed Definitely, been watching on flixzone for years myself =)
@Benjamin Ahmed Thanks, I went there and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D Appreciate it!
With a chainsaw on hand, I can't believe you tried cutting all that with a carpenter saw, LOL.
🤷♂️ no one has ever accused me of being normal 🙂
Chain saw to the rescue, looks good Zack---
Thanks BeerBelly!
It's super functional! Nice

Lol I actually do still prefer my hand saw most often but this seemed like not really the time for it (after quite a few strokes)
I think that was the video that brought me to the channel also, I know he was restoring stuff was how I found his channel
Keep up the good content Zach 👍
Thanks a lot Mike!
Looks good.
Thank you!
You are a tarp King!
Thanks Andrew!
I could build a shop too if I had a.... tarp.
Old school self leveling saw horses...basically the weight of materials will find level...lol
All that ply for the floor. Why not have it for the roof too, and then line over it with the tarp?
Gonna need to hear more about that little CNC you've got brewing over there...
One of these days
@@ZackOfAllTrades A man of my own time management capabilities. I can respect that.
@@ZackOfAllTrades interesting mini mill. The steppers caught my eye as well.
Do you mind telling us how much you spent in that awesome shop?

Yeah I was really going for what I hade close at hand. Glad I also had my chainsaw close lol
Could you use the stump to have a small controlled fire?
I hadn’t thought of that, Mike but that would’ve been a cool thing to do
