You hit the nail on the head with the hill climbing point. I don't see myself cruising at more than about 35 - 40 MPH, but being able to hold about 35 uphill would be a game changer in the mountainous region in which I live.

@@badimpulses17 no worries. I know wat you mean. Had my 1st E Scooter accident last year.
My fault speeding back and forth on my street. Suddenly got a speed wobble and flew Superman forward onto rough Tarmac surface. Wasn't wearing proper safety gear.
Gots scrapes to my right hand palm coz the gloves I wore weren't good. Scrapes to my right knee. Hip thigh and Right elbow. I was wearing long pants and a hoody.
My left wrist got badly sprained.
      No broken bones.
My helmet Thankfully saved me head.
I now wear full safety gear wen I ride. Gloves. Knee and elbow pads. Sometimes I wear motorcycle jacket or body armour jacket.
I've had 2 other accidents that weren't serious as my 1st.
I still ride. More cautious and alert.
I have 2 E Scooters. My 1st the TNE Q4 V4 plus model. And recently bought the Zero 11x.

I've been commuting on my uberscoot 1600w for a 16 months now and it can hit 45 MPH no problem. With the 50 Ah battery i made, it comes in at just over 100lbs as well...
Oh and it also only cost me a grand total of $800 (that includes the second hand like new price of the scooter) to get it up to speed.
upgrading my 48v's to 52v's would put me over the 50 MPH mark. I wear a full face helmet, added turn signals and mirrors as well as LED strip lights covering the back and underside so that other people see me in the dark.
Pro Tip: I also always use the seat....The seat changes the center of balance entirely and stabilizes the ride. Even at 45 mph on 11" wheels I still feel completely in control.

There are so many other micromobility options I'd choose before this one...or I'd just have to limit my speed greatly, unless I knew the road really well.

How does industry made and diy batteries differ?
Also, will vruzend v2.1 diy kit give us industry level quality battery packs?
Is it better to diy or buy for small scale buisness?

Help! I just finished my first diy ebike following your helpful videos. I built my own ebike battery as well. Now I have a 14s5p battery with common port 30A bms with only an xt60 connector coming out of the battery but everytime I disconnect the battery and connect it either to the charger or back to the controller, there is a spark! Not so big when I connect the battery to the charger but when I connect it to the bikes controller the spark is big! And although I have only connected it to the co stroller twice, the sparks have done significant damage to the xt60 connector. I cannot find a youtube video that covers this topic!

I have a question my electric scooter runs but when I sit on it to ride it hops. Why does it do this? I've checked alot and haven't seen any issues with wires and no help online.

friend I have a question and I need your help. I make deliveries with my ebike. I wanted to trade the two batteries I have for just one. I have a 1000W motor and my motor brushless controller is 26amp limits, if I replace the motor brushless controller to one with a high amperage, I could use a 48V-40ah battery?
