Bears often walk through the village in Whistler ski resort at night or in the early morning before the skier's come out - they are not domesticated, but bears aren't nearly as attack prone as some thing unless mom has some cubs in tow. One Japanese family wrote a letter to the villa we stayed at thanking them for taming the bears to the extent that their kids could pet them. The villa put it up behind glass (with the name of the family blacked out) as an example of what not to do.
I’ve been in bison country and everyone knows that they can and will kill you. There’s usually signs to warn of that danger. Where has all the common sense gone to?! Bison can run faster than you!
It’s amazing that the other bison on the left of the man didn’t react or charge while that was going on. Doesn’t look like there is a fence for that one
Those National Geographic Explorer photographer's really know how to get the best shots. Let that be a lesson to you kids. This is the difference between you and the professionals. They know how to take risks and get rewarded for it.
Good photographers know when to use flash for fill light while taking pics during daylight. Maybe one reason he was trying to get close... now using flash standing far back with telephoto lens would be done. Flashes on SLR cameras can tell you the range the flash will be effective depending on lighting and camera settings...
pinkfreud62 a friend of mine witnessed the same kind of thing except it involved a bear and a Asian photographer. My friends wife being very concerned asked her husband to do something so the Asian fellow would not get mauled. His response, “CLASSIC “, oh do not worry my lovely wife, the bear knows he is Chinese, and if he eats him he will be hungry again in 30 minutes.

I'm sitting here rooting for the Bison!
I dunno, I'm into a good underdog story, so I'll put money down on the jackass.
We all are.
I'm a retired farmer...I certainly wouldn't trust that little fence to stop that freight train..
That fence is for the idiots not the animals
We had 10 bison, I still have that truck fit for head to head
Farmers don't retire. Unless you meant _framer,_ who are usually shot by 55 years old.

That Bison can go through that fence like a freight train.
People who do this have no earthly idea what a bison can do! They look so ungainly but those creatures are agile and incredibly fast.
These are the same people who have no earthly idea what a traffic collision can do, nor do they seem to care.
very very very fast. 30 mph gallop right from a dead start
They don’t look ungainly at all. They look just like the powerful beast they are. Lol.
1000$ camera 500$ zoom lense , Then stands close enough to take a selfie with an I phone . Natural selection at its finest .

Do not antagonize the fluffy bull
I’m on board with the bison, I wanna knock that stupid hat off of Dilbert
What an intelligent thing to do…walk in close proximity to a very large bison. Future Darwin Award winners.

Chinese.
Thank you, I couldn't remember the award. Well deserved for these Boneheads

Nah, they raise their tails and hold when they are about to discharge. 😆lol

Buffalo was like., ok you got my Attention, now what are you going to do with it ???
Man walks away.....
Buffalo: that's what I thought.
Nature documentaries tell you that you shouldn’t intervene anyway.
A lot of humans need protection from themselves!
I’ve been in bison country and everyone knows that they can and will kill you. There’s usually signs to warn of that danger. Where has all the common sense gone to?! Bison can run faster than you!
No, they don't.
Especially liberals...
Bison’s spirit knows who to buck and who not to by their energy. Mirror. Bears are a little trickier than that.
My step grandmother literally had a herd of 18 on 10 acres of land with a fence that size and never had issues. Was electric tho
Unless it's a electric your luck will run out.😬
The "scaring" and "surprised" female comments in the background....have become an important part of all human-animal videos!!!
Don't worry mate. That fence is all good 😂🤣🤣
Stupidity kills...but not nearly enough.
Everybody knows Bison hate
popped polo collars- he's lucky this time
I was hoping that bison would charge, those idiots were too close.
these smart people have no clue they could be dead in matter of seconds.
The bison know that if there's a yellow stripe on top of the fence they shouldn't run towards it..
Natural selection at its best.
well that was an usual version of playing chicken. More like stuck in the mud
They are foreigners and don't have a clue . See the bison all over and think they are super casual and approachable.
It’s amazing that the other bison on the left of the man didn’t react or charge while that was going on. Doesn’t look like there is a fence for that one
I recall a tourist got out out of tour bus and approached a bear well the bear had a nice meal that day.
Didn't fkin happen for 600, alex
That guy's shirt is already agitating to begin with.
This guy is the king of stupid.
1. Approaching a huge wild animal
2. That hat
3. Taking a photo with a flash in broad daylight
Seems the male narrator couldn't tell that the buffalo was male.
Cheese for brains
That is all too risky. Give the Buffalo a bucket of corn and a bucket of oats.
Well they sure flunked their intelligence test
It's safe. These are tame park animals, they're not wild at all.
As we say here in New Jersey...
Ain't no sense in being dumb...
Unless you show it..!
That Bison did not show any signs of severe agitation.
“That would have been funny if that had pissed him off, er, her off, whatever it is.”
DUDE, IT’S A MALE!
🤣🤣🤣 Le mucche da mungere sono da un'altra parte! 🤣🤣🤣
If it wanted to attack them that little fence will not stop it. Why do people seem to have a death wish?
Oauh vay, people who have never been around large animals have no idea how much danger they are putting themselves in.
He thought he was in a petting zoo
The yellow and black striped T-shirt seems to have not bothered much the bison. But don't do this, wearing a red jacket or red clothes near a bull!
I'd prefer to play Bison with a chicken 😂
I’ve done that!! It’s lots of fun and not lethal!
He is not bothered by the little one...oooo wait let me DO like POPS..SQUAT..
Never seen a Bison charge through a fence to get to someone. Calm down Karen.

The Grizzly Petting Zoo is much more entertaining.
funny thing.... almost everyone thinks they're smart.
Oh Shuts, I watched all the way to the end and I did not see bodies flying through the air.
The girl commenting sounds so self-righteous.
That's why we have zoom lenses man....
Maybe they should put warning labels on these 1500 pound animals
I've noticed that most of these people approaching Bison are at least wearing their "protective running sandals".🙄
Some people are just born dumb. Bison can run 35 miles per hour, and that fence will not stop him at all.
I hope the bison gets them before they breed and pass on their stupid-genes to future generations.

why are you worried about others.. get some popcorn and watch the show
We are worried about the poor animals that get put down, because of the actions of some lame brain!
Apparently, director Karen doesn't know what playing chicken means 🤔
They are lucky they did not have bison burgers on their breath after lunch.
I could tell you exactly what he was thinking.... He wasn't
"Are you dumb?"
"Duh! What else do I look like?"
not the ending i hoped for
Is he thinking, is he dumb, you have to ask!?!
Dont worry, there is a fence that protects the bison from the stupids.

What a beautiful way to thin out the gene pool! All Natural.
Well, THAT was nothing burger!
Folks? That's what we have the telephoto lens feature on our cameras for...
What are you thinking?? That's just it, they are not thinking!
First rule of thumb should be do not piss-off an animal that is bigger than your car !
I was hoping to see the tourist get flattened
If I attended his funeral, I would go in joking ...... What did the Bison say to the tourist ???
