I've had one for a few years,and although its noisy,there's a lot of satisfaction seeing how filthy the water is .My only pet peeve it getting it clean inside where the water collects,a lot of grit seems to hang about even when you've hoovered your carpet first.
Nice one my sister gave me one of these and I had to take it to peices and clean it were it was all clogged up and now Iv just got some carpet cleaner couldn’t find the shampoo but got some good stuff my flat smells lovely after this!, I wasn’t sure how to use the button on the back but now I’m happy cheers fella
Something about seeing the water being extracted from the carpet is so satisfying. Seemed to do decently for a small machine.

I enjoy carpet cleaning videos even more than the big mess tests. I have found that the carpet looks the best after it has dried and has been gone over with a good vacuum to stand the fibers back up.
Although a bit noisy, I tend to find bissell carpet washers do a good job. The solution makes the carpets look and smell fresh afterwards as well. Hope you washed the filters afterwards Roger and thank you for the video.
does anyone know if the bit the dirty water goes in to can be opened and cleaned?
I have de spot clean he does just great in the car and te smal rugs. Just love it
Locations you vacation at should pay you for your demonstration work. It shows how little they clean and take pride in their businesses. Plus...so relaxing watching this kind of video. It's like AMSR!

Forgive my ignorance I have never had anything like this but am looking to buy this one. When you say 'wet pass' do you mean you are holding the trigger for the two runs front and back and then again and then you don't hold the trigger after that? Thank you great informative video - not sure what you do for a living but you should definitely be a presenter!
Yes, a wet pass means you move the cleaner with the trigger pulled so the solution is being released. It is always best to go over the area several times with a dry pass to remove as much of the solution as possible.
Would you suggest this over the vax dual power carpet washer
How easy is it to clean the dirty water tank? My current is a vax rapide ultra 2 and the tank on that is a nightmare to clean,let alon the other problems with that machine.
I haven't a solution, what's an alternative?
I have this it was working fine and it has just stopped releasing the water and I can not for the life of me figure out what is wrong with me 🙈

4:34 did you saw that smoke coming out from the motor?
It was steam from the hot water.
This has a wet fan in it - similar to a pre/dirty fan vacuum, the dirty water is sucked from the squeeze nozzle over the dirty water tank to the upturned square hole (with the grill in it) and straight into the fan impeller and out of small holes in the shroud, into the curved duct around it, then out of the square spout in the hole at the back of the left hand side of the d. w. tank. I could see the water spraying in the left side of the tank and the tone of the motor changing as the water enters the fan. I have used a Hoover carpet washer. That has a similar configuration. The smoke was actually a water vapour/mist/fine spray. The wet/dry vacuum motor is cooled with a small axle fan and air is drawn in vents in top of rear housing and hot air expelled out the bottom to help dry the carpet. I could see various baffles in the tank to stop the spray from getting out, but at intervals, it appeared to be so fine that it escaped and was seen. 😉

An 'ok' cleaner but I have had 2 of these and the motors have burnt out just after the 2 year guarantee period. I have now bought an upgrade with a larger motor, got to say that it really is superior to this model.
