1:30 this is probably a case like printers, where they sell the printer cheaper and overcharge for the ink refills. the "carpet cleaner" fluid, is probably just basic mix of a detergent in water, and so they try to make people think their cleaning fluid s special/necessary.
I wonder how well it would work if you mixed up some hand washing powder with warm water?

I'm looking to purchase one of these for cleaning my one rug and staircase. Would this work for cleaning a 200 x 150 cm rug and staircase? I don't have enough storage space and think the large carpet cleaners takeup so much space. Thanks

Hi there I purchased one of these and wondering how do I put it into suction mode only?
Hi, the machine is always in suction mode, the solution only sprays out when the water trigger is pressed otherwise you can use it with just suction for extracting water out your carpets etc
Just brought 1 today from b&m store 89 quid in sale
BEWARE DESIGN FAULT: the sprung hose WILL quickly split close to to spraying end. Reinforce it there as soon as you get one as it's not covered by the guarantee and they don't sell replacement hoses for this model and it's £100 down the drain after only a year and occasional use.
hose is 35 quid on ebay

You could clip around section of plastic hose , cut length ways, bout a footlong purchase from a warehouse like Bunnings or similar .

If you were to suck up water from a well wet mat do you need to put water in cleaning tank.
Nope - you can just use it as a normal vacuum if you’re extracting water

Pretty much, I mean I’ve used washing up liquid and it still did great 😂

Yes the trigger has to be held for the solution to come out
How’s the suction ?? I had a bissell turbo and the suction is atrocious
It has average power, I haven’t used a Bissell turbo but generally these carpet washers always have mediocre suction power
Do you know how this compares to bissell? Is it heavy and can it easily fit into a small space?
Hi it’s not too heavy, it has a slimmer design than a bissell and the Bissell has a smaller brush tool with softer bristles so I think the vax is much better

Does it have good suction ?
It’s quite good for a portable little machine, I mean it extracts the water out of carpets good enough and for that you need good suction
