I have sleep apnea and Cpap. Which helps. Sleep is poor still.
I have bulging discs 5th and 6th vertebrae down in the neck diagnosed by mri, these take almost all of the gap between the chord and the discs. Now and then I have a massive twinge in the neck. It’s not painful like the lower back but it’s like somebody flicked my spinal chord. It’s a real bell ringer. Life time history of spinal cord treatment by chyropractor and diagnosis of degenerative disc disorder. …every bodily system is affected.
Ps, my pain is not symmetrical
