Upper back pain is a posture related problem in your neck, and lower side of neck, fibromyalgic trigger point is most common causes of this type of pain. very acute and sharp pain in your back is because of these trigger points. This can cause radiating pain in the hand and shoulder with neck stiffness as well as decreased motion in the neck.
