You need a new radio! I had the same problem, I explained it to my sound guy and it was the factory radio! I got a completely new radio! Works perfectly fine now!

If your car is still under warranty, have the dealer replace it, or take car to a stereo shop, and have a different radio installed?

After battery failure, got jump start, replaced battery. I lost sound in my Radio system. I could see my phone was syncing, radio was running, dvd was showing track nr but all without "Sound". Then I just reseated "15 amp" Fuse for amplifier, also reseated radio fuse. "Boooom" The sound was back. I hope this can help you well and can save your money.

Toyota actually sent their own people to my dealership to try to fix it. They never could so they built me a brand new car. It was a 2013 and they just did a replacement of collateral on my same loan that I had the 2012 Camry on. (With the assistance of my lemon law attorney. )

that sucks, keep replacing it till your warranty runs out or claim lemon law for repeat issues

This is likely that the radio is locked up. From another youtube video, it solved the problem by doing this: 1) Disconnect the battery negative connector; 2) Pump the car brake pedal 10 times to drain any remaining "power/energy" stored in the system; 3) Reconnect the battery cable. This simple step should reset your radio and it should work again.

You have to turn on Bluetooth from your phone and connect it to the car.

Thanks for the advice but Toyota ended up building me a new car and did a "replacement of collateral " on the loan that I had. Their experts couldn't fix it after several attempts.
