@@Greek_Cuisine Dolma is a Turkish word and means stuffed. It is a Turkish dish that is thousands of years old and is found in the cuisine of all Turkic countries. Even UNESCO says that this dish belongs to Azerbaijan, another Turkic country. Rice, the most important ingredient of this dish, began to be widely used in Greek cuisine in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Yunan olmaya bilər ancaq Bunun adı Yarpaq Dolmasıdır. Sarmanı Türkiyədə deyirlər. Məsələn Azərbaycanda biz Dolmanı Bükürük, adı Bükmə olmayacaq ki, qədimdən adı Dolmadır. Yani sarsanda,büksəndə nəticədə içi dolur.
