When I was director of a large addictions program , I went in front of Judge Simpson with some of our students. He is one of the most knowledgeable and fair judges I've ever seen.
I love that Judge Simpson is professional enough, and self aware enough, to take a short break to check his temper, and reset his mood, so that he is fair to the next ones before him.
The last client has 2 kids, But needs medication,, vouchers, and needs mental health care, can't understand the court, does anyone else worry about those kids?
That's a bit of a semantic situation, if by pissed you mean annoy enough to ask for a recess for himself, yes he was and has been other times, if you mean losing his composure I'd agree with you.
