I saw that you guys said that because of Palpatine, Anakin didn't fulfill the prophecy of the chosen one during your reaction. But that is incorrect because in Episode 6 Anakin broke away from Palpatine's control and killed him, thus redeeming Anakin and fulfilling the prophecy of the chosen one by bringing balance to the force. As George Lucas himself said, Luke wasn't the chosen one, he was simply the catalyst to bring Anakin back to the light and fulfill his destiny as the chosen one.
Also there's the other perspective to look at it; technically he did bring balance both as Anakin and Vader. Half his life he lived in the light, and the other half in the dark.

I would highly recommend watching episodes 1x2, 1x3, and 1x4 of Tales of the Jedi right about now, to get the Dooku backstory. They are only approximately 10-12 minutes each, and they hit haaaaard. Easily reaction-worthy in one go.

The first time I saw this was at the theater with my mom and pops, the moment Yoda pulled out his lightsaber and started going toe to toe with Dooku the entire theater stood up, clapped and cheered, I'll never forget that.
I love how from the minute Palpatine started talking Yoda was like: "Nigga, wut?"

It’s too bad that, while Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing were both ultimately cast in the Star Wars Universe, they were separated by 25 years, so they didn’t get to appear together.
They were not only good friends, but as actors appeared in many movies together in the 1950’s and 60’s, including more than a dozen Horror pictures for Hammer Films.
Commander Cody and Captain Rex were second generation Clones. they both missed Geonosis because they were still training on Kamino. Cody said so in the "Landing On Point Rain" episode of The Clone Wars. Advanced Reconnaissance Commando (ARC) Trooper Alpha gave Rex, Cody, and every other Clone their names at the behest of Anakin himself who felt Clones should have names and not CT-0000 numbers. sadly, Alpha is "old canon" and not in the current timeline (i don't agree with that) but Rex was largely modeled after him for the new Canon. but Alpha was the straight legend. very efficient (deadly) Trooper.
Rex was actually at the battle and a gen 1 clone. Just rewatched a clip from bad batch to confirm.
Fun fact Mr. Jackson still has his og lightsaber prop with the words bad a** mother humper in Aurebesh which is Star Wars Galactic Basic written on it. It's a tribute to his Pulp Fiction film.
Man I wish that Reek (rhino looking thing) didnt trample Jango and damage his jetpack so the fight with Windu would have been longer. If you guys want to see Jango Fett in his prime as a semi-movie, watch all the cutscenes to Star Wars Bounty Hunter, the video game. Its all about Jango Fett pre-clone wars and how he became the clone template.
I can’t wait to see them get to the later part of Clone Wars and Rebels. Those have to be some of the best arcs in Star War.

Sifo Dyas and the order of the clones does get explained later in clone wars.
Jangos head fell out of the helmet while the head when flying. You can see the shadow of the head came out cause gourge thinks it would be to gruesome to see the head on the floor
Interpretation: Jango's head isn't inside the helmet when Boba picks it up. When his head is cut off, you can see the shadow of the head separate from the helmet because George Lucas thought it would be too gruesome to see Jango's actual head come off and for Boba to see it lying on the ground.

There are some episodes of Tales of the Jedi you guys should watch as well. The Dooku ones take place after Phantom Menace.
If you wanna some more contexts within the archives, watch "Tales of the Jedi" (episodes 2, 3 and 4). Episode 2 is before Phantom Menace; and episodes 3 and 4 are between Phanton Menace and Attack of the Clones. After you finish watching The Clone Wars, watch episodes 1, 5 and 6 of Tales of the jedi.

You know, before you guys started watching the Clone Wars, I had highly recommended to you guys to watch Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones first, but I'm glad you didn't listen to me. Reacting to these two films after seeing the first two seasons of Clone Wars, and viewing all the live-action shows up to Ahsoka, it's awesome to watch you both connect all the threads. Can't wait for the rest of the Clone Wars, Rebels, Ahsoka, and then don't forget, The Bad Batch.
When You Mention Jangos Head Still In The Helmet, Actually If You Rewatch The Helmet Hit The Ground, You See His Head Fly Out On The Shadow
You guys NEEEEEED to react to Tales of the Jedi when you finish Clone Wars and the PT. Tells you a really good amount about Count Dooku. Those are the best episodes. 7:42 LOL that synchronized "Dayum!" Oh, and one more thing, at the same time that arena battle is happening....Grievous gets activated and secretly killed his first Jedi

When anakin had that face before he killed the raiders...that was Vader taking over. Vader was slowly developing inside of Anakin and often took over in certin situations. It was when Anakin fully turned to the dark side was when Vader was now fully in control 25:19 and it was also vader that took over when Anakin was upset when talking to padme. That was STRAIGHT UP Vader
If you watch the Jango/Mace fight again you will see Jango's head fall out of his helmet.

It is likely too late but I might suggest waiting watching Revenge of the Sith until the last four episodes of Clone Wars.
I love this movie, but....there is some plot holes though. Like when Anakin and Obiwan are protecting Padme whil she's sleeping. They both leave her apartment to pursue the assassin. If Jango Fett wanted to, he could have simply gone back to Padme's apartment and killed her easily. Her remaining guards wouldn't have been much help. What they should have done is have Anakin stay behind while Obiwan went after the assassin

@#StruggleNation It has been confirmed by both George Lucas and Dave Filoni that count dooku is /was the greatest lightsaber duelist in the history of the jedi order. If he were to have fought each member of the jedi council one on one he would beat all of them, ( except for Yoda ) what's crazy about this movie is the fact that dooku showed them mercy at least 3 times in the movie.
1.) He told Obi-Wan the truth that the republic is indeed already under the control of Darth sidious/ Palpatine. He even offered to not only set Obi-Wan free but to also join his cause to defeat sidious, all because of their shared connection to Qui-gon jinn.
2.) He called off the droids to give the jedi a chance to surrender and not die. Which is not something that anyother sith would have done. He was even sad when Mace windu and the rest of the jedi refused, he even referred to Mace as his old friend.
3.) After he defeated Obi-Wan and anakin he could have killed them but he turned off his lightsaber and just stood there just looking disappointed 😞 that it had to come to this.
Dooku isn't just a typical villain he actually believes that what he is doing is for the good of the galaxy unlike Darth sidious who is the opposite he just cares about himself, not caring whether or not he is doing the right thing so long as he gets what he wants. If you want to know more about Dooku's character I recommend watching Tales of the jedi. It will definitely change your view of him.

Timeline wise , this happens just a few months before the start of clone wars . And fun fact , I didn’t know this or realize this until tales of the Jedi the ep with count dooku but Count dooku was master yoda’s padawan (which I knew before hand) but Qui Gon Gin was Count dooku’s padawan

Season 7 of Clone Wars is the best SW content in the prequel era. It'll be worth it. Tales of the Jedi after you're done with CW, at any point is also good but not necessary
another fact: Dooku hired the tuskin raiders to kidnap anakin's mother on Sideous's orders.. It was all a plan to further anger Anakin and bring him closer to hate an dthe dark side
I watched this movie everyday for a year straight up until episode 3 came out. Yeah i had problems.
Also this shit hits harder once you watch Tales of The Jedi too. There you see how fucked up and twisted Count Dooku is when he's turning to the dark side.
I never realized this, but watching the Clone Wars before the Prequels is also very satsifying.

R.I.P Sir Christopher Lee, his portrayal of Count Dooku as one of the most underrated and complex villains in all of Star Wars will always be legendary.
U guys should also see "Tales of the jedi " it answers questions about off screen stuff between episode 1 and episode 2.

When you get to the four part series finale, watch the first two parts. Stop there. Watch Revenge of the Sith. Then watch the final two parts.

When you look at Palpatine in this one it seems like they were gonna have him naturally age into his Evil Emperor face, but then they switched it up for Episode III and had him get burned by his own Force lightning

Not The clone wars that's the computer animation one but the cartoon drawn One made by the same person who made samari Jack and Powerpuff girls. Then finish the computer one, like it really expands the universe forward and its a direct sequel to the movie attack of the clones.

It's got some fun, entertaining, exciting and even a little bit emotional with Anakin's mum's death. I can see the layout for the tracks. However, the pacing is off, and the romance is creepy and awkward.
