Is it worth torturing yourself to be more productive? By making your green box linked to activities that are energising you are linking it to the quality of your life. You can then use yellow for activities that are neutral, red for activities that suck your energy and black box for when an intervention is required because you feel powerless to change it on your own. This way you are using your time as an investment in the quality of your life instead of just production. You can then work on moving red to yellow and yellow to green by mixing activities, delegating activities and/or innovating to make the accomplishment of a
Red Box task energising. Self imposed suffering will be met with vengeance by the aspects of your nature that you are oppressing…often in the desire to dominate and control other people.

Why am i having trouble distinguishing between Andrew's and Lex's voices??

because their voices have a similar cadence and pitch, Huberman's is a bit lower and and a bit more nasal tambre than Lex.
