My mom had me on 24 hr nebulizers til my asthma nroke or ambulances were able to come. Well, 2 days pass by amd obviously i could breathe again and i wanted to fo outside and was told notbyet because of my having just coming out of not being able to breathe. I watched cartoons and still at that time jad mo clue it was a hurricane till years later. I was 4 at the time.
