    Thank you so much for these workouts. I've been following you guys for around 4 years now, and although I have many assignments, school work and volunteering - you allow me to keep my physical condition. I hope I'll be able to do your exercises even more often! My goal now is to exercise 3 times a week for different parts of the body.
