There are several components to the top exercises for the elderly. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Seniorcises (check it out on google) definately the most helpful resource that I've seen. Check out all the unbelievable information .

I used those exercises when I had a broken leg. I kept myself fit, healthy, strong and happy. My bone healed sooner than average and I went back to my activities very fast. Thank you! I recomend. There is no excuse, Everyone can do it.
I broke my ankle on February 25th and been feeling discouraged because I was 3 days from finishing a challenging exercise program (80 Day Obsession on beachbody). I've been trying to find a chair workout that I can do and not put pressure on my ankle. Thank you for the recommendation.

I was born with Spina Bifida, and I have a weaker spine than most people, and therefore I can't do high intense workouts, but I can definitely do sitting down exercises, and this really has helped my confidence, and ability to work out! Thank you so much. 💚

So I totally understand how frustrating it feels that we can't do high intensity workouts.
I just stumbled across this and it looks really good for people like ourselves 😊 then seeing your comment gave me the encouragement to try doing it tomorrow. I'm hoping I don't pay for it pain wise afterwards but definitely worth a go😊

Hi im 39 and very over weight wiv extreme back pain and ive gone from no exercise and drinking 20 cups of coffee wiv 3/4 sugars in each cup to doing this workout 3 times a day and im only drinking 2 cups of coffee wiv 1 sugar a day i never drank water either and im now drinking it thru out the day ur exercise routine is helping me a lot i went a whole day without pain meds too thank you both im only on day 5 but i feel fantastic an i have a lot more energy thank u again x

I've just recovered from mild symptoms of ?covid/flu and cant do much exercise as I get breathless. I tried this and I managed to finish until the end without getting so breathless. I will keep on doing it as I get stronger everyday. Thanks.

I'm just getting back into working out after an illness. This is perfect way to start out. I love the quad workouts because I need that the most.
Easy enough for 62 yr old recovering from back surgery complications & yet working up sweat & feeling the burn. 1st program that I have ever found over the years that is truly low impact able to do. Thank you for these workouts!

This was a great workout! After being in a wheelchair for almost a year, I was looking for a good workout that wouldn't hurt or risk injuring myself again and this was perfect!
I just can't thank you enough for this workout. I used to be an active dancer and hiker; then last year I injured my knee. I was doing OK, slowly improving, with daily gym workouts, but since we started sheltering at home I just haven't been able to do enough. This workout, that gave me options for being essentially one-legged, made me feel like I could possibly get back on track with my recovery. You've no idea what that means to me!
I like that Claudia shared her trouble with coordination of opposite movements. Good to know I am not alone!

HASFit, thank you for investing in seniors, the obese, and those who have limited mobility! Because of obesity and injury, I have arthritic knees, a lumbar fusion and additional spinal stenosis. In 2019, I’ve lost 20 lbs & to progress, I have to add 20 minutes of activity daily. This was the first video I tried and I’m so encouraged. Keep up the good work! 💪

I starting to use your "HASfit" exercise program and I must say THANK YOU.... In the past four years I have committed to finishing a Masters degree, working full-time and actively working in a community service organization finding no time for exercise. However, in doing some research for a work-out video I ran into your work-out videos. I do the elderly chair "20 mins" work-out at work and at home I do 30 mins low impact (no chair). This is quality material.All those workouts are one for all,they build strength,physique,stamina and even muscle.The channel has many different workouts that reflect the title 100%.I had trrouble losing weight in the past by just treadmilling or weights,but these workouts complexxity makes the whole body move,you eventually become fit.This deserves more than 1 million subs in my opinion

Thank you i needed this today been in so much pain for so many years now with stiff muscles, this light exercising helped and didn't make me feel ashamed to do it.
My back went out on me twice last year. It's been a little hard to workout and not have pain. Today I was using another workout video. It was causing me even more pain. I stumbled upon this video. I must say I finished this video and wow wow wow it helped me so much. I feel energized and i feel like i had a total workout. I don't feel any pain in my back. I would definitely continue these workout. Thanks you.

Good afternoon HASfit tribe, Claudia and Coach Kozak. For starters I'd like to say that I've been exercising with the both of you for only a short while but I really enjoy them. I normally do all of the exercises standing, but I injured my back, sciatica, and it's a bit challenging to enjoy them, free range of motion. Ouch...Anyway, thank you so much for these seated gems! While I am on the mend from sciatica, I can still get in a really good workout. Thank you so much!
I have limited mobility due to osteoarthritis throughout my spine, herniated discs, DDD, and a list too long to include. I have been searching for something like this for quite some time. Great work out as I've just had a toe operation and can't weight bear at all on my right foot... but needed some accessible exercise while I go stir crazy at home.

So glad I found you both..I'm 63 years young..lost 35 Lbs this past year semi retired Nurse...and walk about 2 1/2-3 miles a day..long story short may have a Meniscus tear in my knee..Yikes! Tamia let me tell you I've had 4 back surgeries it's pins and screws in my spine it's hard for me to walk it's hard for me to stand all I do is lay in my bed so I'm glad I came across this video because I am definitely going to start doing this today so far I lost 35 lbs I didn't even exercise I tried to walk when I could which wasn't much I just cut out the foods that was making me fat and I was drinking my protein powder shake when I got hungry I drank that 2 twice a day and ate dinner I didn't snack maybe you should try the protein powder and cut out the sweets and fried foods I'm telling you will lose weight

I had both hips replaced almost 5 years ago. I have lost just about all muscle strength. I am a real fall risk so this will be really good for me I will start this tomarrow. Thanks for caring about older folks. I am also very over weight.

I know this video is old but I'm SO GLAD that I found it. For the first time in my life, I've finally found a passion for working out and fitness but I recently sustained a pretty bad knee injury. I was so afraid of falling into a depressive slump and undoing all of the good work I've done over the past few months. This video has saved me. It's keeping me active but also doing WONDERS for my mental health. Thank you so much for making it and for thinking of those of us who have limited mobility.

Thank you both for these excercises. I have been rehabilitating from a fall. Proud to say that I can get on and off my bed without a sliding board I had physical therapy twice a week. to my home Finally can tranfer to a chair. I do stand up exercises. . I have been following Chair exercises with Sharon . Now I found HasFit 20 min chair exercises. I really like this platform, you guys are great with moving feet and upper body. It is my 4th day of watching and participating in your exercises. A little more challenge is a good thing for me. I am 66 years old and fit in the senior group, Baby Boomers rule.
