The dogs were starving, but they waited for Sansa and Ramsey to finish their conversation because it would have been rude to interrupt. Such good manners.

The timing of how long she stayed to watch the carnage was just perfect. She didn't run away when it started and she didn't stay to the end. Just long enough to witness justice and then made her exit. Bravo!
Ramsey should know that loyalty means nothing when hunger and starvation is involved! His hounds didn't care whether or not he was their master, as far as they were concerned, the minute they smelled and tasted his blood, he wasn't their master, he was food!!
Damnatio memoriare.......more or less one of the worst punishments the romans could impose to a person (erase the very proof of his existence). We know for sure, that ancient egipcian pharaos also did the same to their predecesors in some cases, eroding their names in the monuments and documents, and asigning them to the new pharao or to the one before the condemed one. Rames the Great is often acused of such things (he restored ancient monuments from other pharaos, and then put his name on them as if he had build them from the scratch) The priests of Amon made a great effort to conceal the very existence of Akhenaton and his reign, and suceeded for a long time, till the writings of Tell-el arama were found (the one to forgot to destroy them really messed up!) Was probably a thing even in pre-historical times (and much more efective, if there was no written proof, you just forbid people to speak about the person in question, and in two or three generations, nobody will know your enemy even existed!)
That's why being eaten by his own dogs works so well. He made a habit of making people obey him, and he got incredibly cocky because no one had ever gotten the leash away from him. He realizes, at the last minute, that his control was always conditional, and that he just got reaaaal damn lucky.
The best part is that if he had been able to maintain his confidence, the dogs might not have attacked him. When Sansa spoke to him, she made fear and doubt creep in, and the dogs sensed that. Being afraid sent a signal to the dogs that he was prey they should attack. So while the dogs finished him off, it really was Sansa that killed him, by getting in his head in the way that he had always tried to get into hers.
After one week with no food? Even I would have wanted a piece of him! Indeed in Pompeya, proof have been found, that dogs who got burried alive with their (suposed) owners fed on them before dying also........ If starvation can bring HUMAN PARENTS to eat their babies (wich happened in medieval times, and suposedly also in North Korea in modern times), then you can bet that your dog is gonna feast on you after one week without proper feeding, regardless of how imposing your voice and manners are. Just in case, i keep my dogs properly fed, every day :)
Do realize: they hadent eaten in séven days, so most of the nutrients would have been kept in their bodies: All that came out, was just some little shit?
Funniest part is it went for his face. That aint gonna kill you. Gonna have to wait for it to finish and go for something else and hope whatever it chooses is vital to life 🤣
Guess they spent the entire special effects budget on the dragons. The dog biting his face looks like they took B roll of the monster dogs from the original ghostbusters.
This scene was one of the most satisfying ones. Ramsay Bolton got what he deserved in the end. Some fans had their cons about the show in general, but I love every episode of Game of Thrones.
A clear reminder of what a failure lighting was for GOT. They consistently, and in the final episode particularly just forgot to turn on the lights. Here you have a flicker of lights among the mush saying lines. What a waste of costuming.
If she did to him what he did to her and others, she wouldn't be any better. This guy was a sadistic c**t and eaten by his own hungry dogs alive was a fitting end for this character.
Just gotta love Sansa for this ❤️ I mean, yes, feeding someone to his hounds is a little harsh, but Ramsay‘s death was so well-deserved after everything he did, especially after everything he did to her. Sansa did a great job here 👍
This where the producers mess up. She was not there when he said his dogs had not eaten in 7 days, she had just rode off to get the help they needed to win the war. Unless someone told her what he said. Ha.
One of the more satisfying endings to an arch. You think she’s going to play nice? You led directly to the death of half her family. If anything she was nice (a stark family fault).
Iwan Rheon is such a great actor. He played this role absolutely perfectly (like so many in this show). He really made you hate him. Like Joffrey too.

Yes, hated them both

Starks doesnt flay people or torture them but this time is an exception.
I have always thought that Sansa should have told Ramsey that by this time tomorrow he'll just be dog sh!t.
Sansa's grin at the end is the best part of this scene.

I like that he knew terror before he died. I also liked that Sansa turned to walk away but turned back to watch a little more.
That was nice of her to feed those hungry doggies.
My only concern would that the dogs might have a brief touch of indigestion.

Sansa, the Red Wolf, got the ultimate revenge
One of the most satisfying deaths on GoT. Props to the actor playing Ramsay Bolton. U know u did a great job when ur hated.
Can’t believe he was that arrogant even to the end. He actually believed he was going to come out of this alive.
After all, he was a psychopath.

Such a righteous end to him.
Nice that Sansa got revenge but it bothers me that Theon Greyjoy did not. What Ramsey did to him was even worse than what he did to Sansa.
Hmm.....have Ramsey splayed out in such a way that they go for both that area and his hands?

See how the audience is invited to opine about and sympathise with this horrific death.
