Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
Personally, I can connect to that. When I began working with Laurel Dell Sroufe, a fiduciary financial counsellor, my advantages were certain. In these circumstances, I would always advise getting professional help so they can steer you through choppy markets and just give you indicators and strategies for knowing when to enter and exit the market.

@lowcostfresh2266 In fact, I'm not sure whether I'm permitted to say this, but I'd suggest searching for Laurel Dell Sroufe as she gained a lot of attention in 2020. She is both my coach and the manager of my portfolio.

Well yeah you can’t force love and just go up to woman and be like hey pretty girl. That’s creepy. Just do a hobby and meet people that way, it’s natural and you’ll get to see whether they have a good heart or not as friends. Based on their personality, you can find someone who matches your personality. Don’t have unrealistic standards when it comes to outer appearance. It’s the heart that counts, not the body.

I really appreciate the intro alone. For those who themselves nor themselves don't have any type of disabilities (mental or physical) I can say as a parent if special needs children 😅 the intro is very relatable. Our household is very much neurodiverse in that everyone in our house exhibits some neurdiverant behaviors. Our children are on the spectrum but I suppose you could say opposites of the spectrum 🤔. We get many looks because our children don't "look autistic" so people assume we are just bad parents and our children are brats. I am not concerned about how the other people see me, but I am concerned about the impact on my children. This couple must deal with a lot of looks between special needs and interracial. Even if interracial has become more accepted 😓 in my experience you still get so many "looks" 😒. I don't know anything about this couple outside this video, but I truly hope the best for them and their uphill battle of acceptance.

This is pretty amazing but exceeding rare. A VAST majority of people on the spectrum/disabled live either in shelters, crappy apartments, Section 8, or even homeless. Not to mention a lot of disabled people make very little money to afford an actual house.

I have almost all of my bowels removed and still having issues because of my disability. My fiance is a nurse, and he is an amazing, amazing partner and person. He is great at what he does.
