@@WildRoseBuilds You keep making these quality videos, i'll keep watching . Deal?
The now layer lines is crazy
Nice video.
Would appreciate the list of 3d model names of the stl's from stlflix.
Thanks
The filament you used for the dragon is gorgeous
Yes!!! 3D Jake matte orange eco pla
I have to say that out of all of the 3D model printing channels you all have the best models, best music, and best time lapses. I wish I could put a bunch of your videos together and just have them in one long 2 hour block that I could put on when I am puttering around the house as they are awesome and soothing at the same time.
One question for you on the incense burners as you have done a few - I printed one not too long ago that has a tiered shelving effect and it's awesome with the smoke flowing down with fluid (I'm excited to try some of your others). I put the metal washer in like you did on your various prints, and it sort of melted into the top of the print. That and there was an extra smell like the plastic was almost burning (it wasn't), but considering the metal disc was melting into the print something clearly was happening that was sub-par. I wanted to see if you ran into either of those scenarios and if you did what you did to potentially address them.
Please keep up the excellent work.
Thanks for the kind words!! I usually pull the incense cones off before they fully burn down. I think the down draft cones tend to leave a little residue that has a weird smell. Maybe some left over oils or something. Petg would probably hold up better but I haven’t had any of these melt yet 😉
A really interesting collection of prints. Love the laminar flow incense. Cool stuff.
Anybody know what material would be best to 3d print sockets for driving bolts/nuts?
Ummm where can i find those stl files and what was that glue uou used
Well tuned printer. I come back to this channel from time to time. Relaxing experience - watching your timelapses sir.
Thanks for watching! I appreciate it
Just wondering will the incense holders work with sticks or does it have to be cones?
How awesome 😍😍
For the dragon skull that you put the light bulb into would it work better with leds for weight and a cleaner wall hang look?
Very true I was about to comment on that as well.
Either have leds as you said or juse enough coverint paint to mask the lamps glow trough the skull.
But I think mixing the paint and the leds would give the best results
What infill type do you use for the prints? Im still quite new to FDM pronting and just use gyroid.
I use supportive cubic. Lets you use less density while still being able to print internal overhangs!
@@WildRoseBuildsamazing thank you! It looks like it will save a lot of time and filament!
Fellow Albertan? This is really impressive, thanks for sharing!
Whats your retraction settings ?
What type of fillament you used for the horns of the dragon? That looked amazing.
That was clear amz3d pla. Turned out really cool!
Can you do a video on what software you use and the settings becuase those prints look incredible!
Nicely done, that is dope. What are the smoke things that you use?
Backflow incense burner cones

Still the time lapse king, has the extruder been sorted after the initial leaks and problems?
You could make a video with gift ideas for Mother's Day.
What’s the name of the last print
can i get your settings
How do I get my supports to come off like that?!?!?
Disappointed Joel. No dice tower? Not good. My favourite was definitely the dragon lamp ✌️
More dice towers to come do t you worry haha! Thanks for watching
whats your support settings ?
.15mm contact ✨
Will you one day make designs for consoles or PC towers?
I hope so!
tell me what kind of candles these are?
These are down draft incense cones!
Please stl dragon cup!!! Please 🙏
The incense model is nice BUT how is it that the material doesn't melt from the heat of the incense?
Cause I've tried to make my own looking like a Dino Graveyard using this Technique with the washer. But the material melted from the heat of the incense and the washer. Like a hot knife
maybe he used abs instead of pla, from what i gather ABS is heat resistance
I love how those prints look finished, the only thing I'm looking a bit concerned is that I'm more into practical parts, I love to see someone rebuild an angle grinder part, a cover/carter from a scooter that is missing, pannels and door handles for cars and stuff like that, practical building, or even more industrial use like vaccuum tunnels for parts, gears for line feeders, all stuff that I mostly consider. More the use of chlorine and fluorine addition into materials for chemistry put into filters screws that don't crack under heat and corosive ambients, or self lubricant parts like sliders, wheels, gears, and so on.
You can definitely print some of those items ideally in a stronger material. I designed and printed a pool skimmer flap in petg and it’s being used in a chlorine pool for the past 3-4 years. It’s still holding strong. The material used will depend on environment and use case. I mainly follow designers that do functional parts in 3d printing.
Everyone is wondering what kind if filament, software, and settings this person is using. I'm just wondering how they made a time laps without showing the filament extruder.
There's a trick to it, after each layer finishes the print head goes back to the home position, then the picture is taken, then the print moves on to the next layer
What are those scented smoking little bullets called?
Secnted smoking bullets = Backflow incense
They are known as backflow incense
@@vixwolf2037 thank you :)
Cutting holes with a soldering iron is the strangest thing here. Could just edit it intead of breathing fumes and covering the iron in plastic soot
A flagon with a dragon...
That last one we can see doesn’t work that well, will definitely need improvements.
that dragon 8:38 was really disappointing, you could have sliced the holes easily in slicer app before and printed with the holes
Totally! I didn’t have the idea to put lights in it until it was already printed. I will revisit that one for sure. No infill, more walls to block light, and a proper bulb mount. Thanks for watching!
Ouch, what did you do to your thumb?
Tried to grab a stick out of my dogs mouth 🥲
the only thing in this video that blew my mind is the amount of incense this guy uses
The only thing mind blowing was the editing to remove the print head.
No editing at all. A picture is taken after each layer with the print head moved out of the shot.
