  • The Honda Pioneer 1000 cup holders are an afterthought that are laughable at best. This upgrade fixes this issue.

Very cool. I did the same thing. Didn't have a roto zip. Used a 1" flap wheel on my drill. The plastic cuts very easy. I also upped my game with LED cup holders. Love your videos.

adventurelife 696, that’s a good idea. I thought about getting the LED but decided to keep it simple, I bet they are awesome. Thank you for watching.

I had a "dead" flapper wheel in my end grinder (I am a pipe welder/welding inspector) and used it to just edge it out by eyeball, test fit as I went. Works just fine! I will probably pull that cheesy sticky back and use some epoxy, liquid nails, whatever I can get to make them stick better. Rough up the stainless to give it a rough surface profile so the glue has something to grab.

I would not advise trying to use a hole saw. No chance your gonna keep the bit centered with no material in the center of the cupholder to keep it from wobbling.

You can do it, you just have to run it in reverse and score it, then you can go forward and cut it out.

ya use two hole sales on the same Arbor , inside one same size as existing hole and outer one the size ya want , the inside one is a guide so outside one won't walk , ya don't even need the drill bit installed.

Frank Ashby, go to EBay and type in boat or marine cup holders.
