Hey all, I rarely if ever get on here. So I apologize if you have left a comment that I have not replied too. My install was from following instructions from another you tube video by NC dragon21, he has a comment and answer tread that is useful as well. Also links to the products used. Thanks for watching my video. And I hope in some way it was helpful.

How did you wire the switch? Was it a 3 position 4 pin switch? How did you wire it? Need help....thanks

Nice setup but eventually your fuse box will corrode, you really need a water tight enclosure.

The installation is really very neat. You did very nice work. And the video quality is excellent. So kudos for those things. But you didn't explain some things very well. For example, what is that Stinger thing? And why 2 of them? And what's it for, what's it do? And the switch on the left coming from the Stinger, what is that for? Are you switching the aux battery in and out of the system? Why would anyone want to do that? Presumably the isolator would keep one battery from pulling down the other if went bad so there would be no need to switch the aux battery in and out. Just leave it connected all the time.
Other questions I have is why a separate fuse panel and why the long hose for the air intake? Maybe it's obvious to you but it's not to someone who doesn't have the same level of familiarity with the system. I'm thinking about buying a Pioneer 1K5 so I'm trying to figure out exactly what I'll want on it. I will have a winch and probably some kind of front and back light bar and if there's room for a second battery I'm all in favor of sticking one in.

Thanks you for posting this video. Can you advise the piece of material you used to mount the fuse block . Ive made a modification to my existing air box but not really happy as the takes up much needed space to complete my install.

I would love to see a diagram of just the double pole switch wiring. That the only part I am not sure of. Also I see you have your stinger wired before the main switch rather than after as others have done. I guess it works both ways? Thank you

What material did you use to mount the fuse box? it looks like a cutting board.

I am interested in the hose that you used for the air intake. Obviously, it is for some other vehicle. What hose did you use?

Did you install any relays like ncdragon21?

So maybe I’m wronge but are you using power from your main battery to turn on your 2nd battery if so does or can it basically still kill the main if left on because you went around the isolator by using the accessory power wire to trigger your selinoid and turn on 2nd battery? I too want to put a 2nd battery in my p5 sorry if I don’t understand fully

I am using a key on accessory wire. When key is off the connection to Battery opens.

There's no point in having the stinger in the system. The purpose of having a battery eliminator is so you don't have to turn on the key and run the fuel pump, lights, etc along with the acc. The fact that you have to turn the key on to use the second battery defeats the purpose of the eliminator because the entire system comes on with the key, draining both batteries. You would need to operate the stinger from a seperate toggle switch directly wired to one of the batteries so you can turn the second battery on or off. At which point you wouldn't need the battery cut off either because when you switch off the toggle, it disconnects the second battery. Nice wiring though, looks good.

      T. S. Tractor Work Strickland that’s the ground cable that Honda puts. Use it for dual battery setup.

Awesome setup except for the filter. That air filter is terrible. Way too coarse! you're dusting your motor.

I’m glad you mentioned that! I had always intended to change that, and have not done so yet. I did wrap the the mesh filter with ladies nylons. But I need a better solution. Any ideas are welcome!
